Cat A fit out of rentable office space, creating high spec common areas to provide a USP for prospective tenants.

Providing bespoke furniture and architectural joinery for an impressive three storey reception atrium. 

Supplying furniture for 12 washrooms across the building.

Creating opportunities to reuse and repurpose existing materials to avoid wastage, whilst also maintaining a high quality finish. JBD repurposed existing cubicle doors to avoid unnecessary wastage by resurfacing with oak veneer. 

Upgrade of existing lifts and balconies.

Worked with complex brand guidelines to ensure prominence of logo in entrance displays

A challenging programme set with tight deadlines, whilst also working 12m off the ground – luckily we enjoy a challenge.
